1.个人简历
女,1968年4月生,工学博士,教授。张宝菊1990年毕业于天津师范大学,获物理学专业本科学位,1993年天津师范大学获得教育技术学硕士学位,2002年毕业于天津大学电子信息工程学院,获得工学博士学位,后进入天津大学博士后流动站于2004年出站。一直从事数字音视频技术、信号与信息处理等领域研究工作,提出了“改进层式DCT”等视频压缩算法。2003年暑期赴英国剑桥大学进行双语教学的研修,2014年于美国德州大学阿灵顿分校做为期半年的访学,现为365足球动画直播教授,电子信息科学与技术专业负责人,天津师范大学教学名师,学院教学副院长。近年来指导硕士生多名,其中10名获得天津师范大学优秀硕士毕业论文,一名学生获得国家级奖学金;还参与了天津大学博士生培养。兼任天津市电视技术学会理事,天津市通信学会高教分会理事。
近几年已发表学术论文90余篇,第一作者(通信作者)SCI检索30余篇,EI检索50余篇,主要发表在“Wiley Journal of Security and Communication Networks”、 “EURASIP Journal on Wireless Communications and Networking”、“Wiley Security and Communication Networks”、“EURASIP Journal on Advances in Signal Processing”等高水平SCI源刊。作为主要作者编撰了Lecture Notes in Electrical Engineering 202,第一作者编撰了Lecture Notes in Electrical Engineering 246两本专著。近三年申请了国家发明专利3项,实用新型专利2项并均已授权。主持国家自然科学基金3项、天津市自然科学基金重点项目1项、天津市自然科学基金1项,第二参加人参加国家自然科学基金1项、天津市自然科学基金2项,总经费200余万元。2011年获得天津市科学技术进步三等奖1项(第二人)。已在IEEE INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON COMMUNICATIONS 及 IEEE GLOBAL COMMUNICATIONS CONFERENCE等高级别国际会议中担任WORKSHOP ON RADAR AND SONAR的TPC-CO CHAIR职务,并主持了IEEE INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON COMMUNICATIONS SIGNAL PROCESSING AND SYSTEMS 2013国际会议。张宝菊教授现为中国电子科技大学合作博士生导师。

主要讲授《视频信号基础与应用》、《C语言程序设计》和《数字电视原理》《计算机概述(双语)》等课程。主持并结题天津市改革项目一项, 主持建设校级精品课程一项。
